Python Developer

Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain backend components using Python and Django for web applications and APIs.

Build and enhance RESTful endpoints, ensuring correctness, security, and performance.

Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code aligned with engineering best practices.

Create and maintain unit/integration tests support bug fixing and production issue resolution.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine requirements, estimate work, and deliver features on time.

Participate in code reviews, contribute to refactoring efforts, and improve overall code quality.

Monitor and optimize application performance, including database queries and request/response latency.

Support CI/CD workflows and contribute to smooth deployments and release readiness. Minimum Qualifications:

BTech (or equivalent) in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

2â€5 years of hands-on experience in backend development using Python.

Practical experience building applications with Django.

Strong understanding of API development, debugging, and writing maintainable code.

Familiarity with databases, ORM usage, and writing efficient queries.

Additional Responsibilities:

Experience with Django REST Framework and designing versioned, well-structured APIs.

Exposure to asynchronous/background processing (e.g., task queues) and performance tuning.

Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and release best practices.

Experience collaborating in Agile teams, contributing to estimations, and owning features end-to-end.

Strong communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
