Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Python Developer with hands-on experience in GenAI, FastAPI, LangChain, and LangGraph to develop scalable and production-ready AI applications.
The candidate will work on LLM-based applications, RAG solutions, conversational AI, and agentic workflows, along with enterprise API and system integrations. The role requires strong backend development skills and the ability to independently deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable REST APIs using FastAPI.
- Develop GenAI and LLM-powered applications using Python.
- Build LLM workflows and integrations using LangChain.
- Design and orchestrate AI agents and state-driven workflows using LangGraph.
- Develop RAG-based applications, including retrieval, embeddings, and prompt orchestration.
- Build conversational AI solutions such as chatbots and virtual assistants.
- Integrate AI applications with enterprise systems, databases, APIs, and knowledge bases.
- Work with Azure cloud services, including Azure OpenAI, App Services, and Functions.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with backend, UI, DevOps, and other engineering teams.
- Follow best practices for coding, testing, version control, and production deployment.
- Strong hands-on experience in Python development.
- Hands-on experience with FastAPI and REST API development.
- Strong experience with LangChain for LLM orchestration.
- Hands-on experience with LangGraph for agent orchestration and state-based workflows.
- Experience developing GenAI / LLM-based applications.
- Experience with RAG and prompt engineering.
- Good understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture.
- Experience integrating APIs and backend services.
- Working knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and Git.
- Azure OpenAI and Azure cloud experience.
- Microsoft Agent Framework.
- Microsoft 365 Agents SDK.
- Conversational AI / chatbot development.
- Agentic AI workflows.
- Vector databases and embeddings.
- Docker/containerization.
- CI/CD and DevOps practices.
