Job Description

Responsible for driving performance engineering initiatives using Python and Locust. Architect scalable test environments, ensure high-quality Python development standards, and lead teams in delivering reliable, performant applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Python Development & Expertise:

Lead Python development initiatives with expert-level OOP, debugging, and performance tuning.
Ensure best practices in code quality, logging, and debugging are followed.

Performance Engineering:

Design and execute performance testing using Locust and related methodologies.
Identify performance bottlenecks, optimize code, and provide actionable insights.

Technical Leadership & Mentorship:

Provide technical guidance to teams on complex and ambiguous requirements.
Maintain high standards for development quality, testing, and delivery.

CI/CD & Automation:

Drive CI/CD integration and automation using tools like Bamboo, GitHub Actions, or equivalent.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline deployment and testing workflows.

Test Environment Architecture:

Architect scalable and reproducible test environments using Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
Ensure environments are optimized for performance and reliability.

Cloud & Infrastructure Understanding:

Utilize AWS services effectively to support performance testing and Python applications.
