About the Role

We are seeking a Python Developer with 15 years of strong backend/service/project experience. The role involves validating patches, running automated test suites, debugging failures, and ensuring correctness and maintainability across large Python repositories. You will work closely with others to assess code quality, identify issues, and strengthen reliability across systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and analyze large Python codebases
• Validate incoming patches and confirm correct behavior
• Run pytest or similar test frameworks to assess stability
• Debug failing tests, identify root causes, and verify fixes
• Create and refine oracle tests to ensure long-term correctness
• Review pull requests for logic, structure, and maintainability
• Ensure coding standards and best practices are followed

Skills & Requirements

• 15 years hands-on Python coding (backend/services/libs)
• Strong debugging and problem-solving capabilities
• Proficiency with pytest and automated testing
• Experience with Git workflows and code reviews
• Ability to work with large repositories and complex systems
• Strong understanding of backend logic and code correctness
