About the Role

We are looking for a Python Developer to join us for critical projects. You will be working with big techs to help them in building cutting-edge AI foundational models meant to perform exceptionally well on backend systems, data pipelines, and intelligent automation tools.

In this role you will be part of a highly skilled team with niche domain expertise, being at the forefront to improve the accuracy & performance of SOTA models.

Responsibilities

• Annotate and evaluate AI-generated Python code related to APIs, automation scripts, and data workflows.
• Review model outputs for correctness, scalability, readability, and adherence to Pythonic best practices.
• Assess prompts and responses related to frameworks, libraries, and software architecture.
• Provide structured feedback to enhance model understanding of modern Python development practices.
• Identify inaccuracies, bugs, or performance issues in AI-generated Python code and suggest optimizations.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python, with solid understanding of OOP, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Familiarity with NumPy, Pandas, SQLAlchemy, or data pipeline development.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus.
• Interest in building and improving AI tools for developers and data-driven systems.

Note: Pay will vary by project and typically is up to 1500 per hour. If you work an average of 3 hours every day, you could earn up to 90,000 per month once you clear our screening process.
