Responsibility / Expectations from the Role

1. 1. Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality solutions aligned to business requirements
2. 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (BA, QA, DevOps) to deliver features on time
3. 3. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues with a focus on root-cause analysis
4. 4. Write clean, maintainable code and documentation; follow coding standards
5. 5. Ensure security, performance, and reliability best practices are applied
6. 6. Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews) and continuous improvement
