Role-Python Developer(Django+DSA)
CTC- Up to 8 LPA(Negotiable based on experience)
Location-Delhi
We are looking for a highly skilled Python Developer with strong expertise in the Django framework and a solid foundation in Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA). The ideal candidate should be passionate about tackling complex problems, well-versed in competitive programming platforms such as LeetCode, Codeforces, or HackerRank, and capable of handling advanced Python challenges with ease.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python (Django).
- Implement and manage Celery tasks and Cron jobs.
- Solve complex problems using DSA concepts (arrays, graphs, dynamic programming, etc.).
- Work on algorithmic optimization for real-world challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features effectively.
- Debug, optimize, and enhance application performance.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
Requirements- 25 years of Python development experience (Django framework is mandatory).
- Strong grasp of Data Structures & Algorithms with proven problem-solving experience on platforms like LeetCode, HackerRank, Codeforces.
- Ability to solve hard-level Python/DSA problems.
- Proficient in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), REST APIs, and databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
- Hands-on knowledge of Git, Docker, and deployment workflows (preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
