Position: Senior Backend Engineer

Location: Noida / Gurugram / Pune / Bangalore (Hybrid)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer with strong expertise in Python, Django, FastAPI, AWS, and Microservices to build scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services, APIs, and microservices using Python (Django/FastAPI).
• Build and optimize database solutions using PostgreSQL and MySQL.
• Develop and deploy cloud-native/serverless applications on AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS, etc.).
• Integrate third-party APIs and enterprise systems.
• Implement authentication and authorization using OAuth, SAML, and SSO.
• Collaborate with frontend teams and contribute to UI development using React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Follow best practices in software design, security, performance optimization, and code quality.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development and code reviews.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python, Django, and FastAPI.
• Expertise in REST APIs, Microservices Architecture, and backend development.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and database design.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud and serverless technologies.
• Knowledge of OAuth, SAML, SSO, and application security.
• Working knowledge of React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, OOP, and Design Patterns.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with third-party integrations.
• Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience building POCs and evaluating emerging technologies.
