Python Developer

Black And White Business Solutions is actively seeking a highly skilled Python Developer with a strong background in building scalable, high-performance web applications. This pivotal role requires extensive experience in Python programming, excellent leadership capabilities, and expertise in API design, microservices architecture, and various database technologies. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of modern web development and DevOps practices.

Job Responsibilities

• Possess 5+ years of experience in Python programming, demonstrating deep expertise in the language and its ecosystem.
• Exhibit extensive experience in handling complex projects, from conception to deployment and maintenance.
• Demonstrate good leadership skills and the ability to lead projects independently, guiding teams and driving successful outcomes.
• Showcase good communication and teamwork skills, fostering collaborative and productive working relationships.
• Possess good analytical skills and proficiency in Web-based development technologies, ensuring robust and efficient web solutions.
• Demonstrate expertise in Agile development methodology, contributing effectively within agile sprints and workflows.
• Apply strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Possess strong knowledge in Design patterns, Security, Performance tuning, and Application monitoring, ensuring high-quality, secure, and efficient applications.
• Have significant experience in API Design, security patterns, and Microservices architecture, building resilient and interconnected systems.
• Must have experience in building scalable, low-latency based web applications using Flask, FastAPI, or similar Python web frameworks.
• Possess experience in building Python-based SDKs (Software Development Kits), facilitating integration and development for other teams.
• Have hands-on experience in Python-based ORM (Object Relational Mapper) frameworks, simplifying database interactions.
• Possess knowledge in distributed in-memory systems such as Redis, MemCache, GemFire, or similar, for high-performance caching and data storage.
• Demonstrate knowledge in SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Understand how to build Production-grade applications using WSGI/ASGI frameworks such as Gunicorn, Uvicorn, etc.
• Experience of Jenkins, CI/CD pipeline, Logging framework, Splunk, ELK stack is good to have, demonstrating familiarity with continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring tools.
• Possess knowledge and experience with virtualization and cloud platforms such as Kubernetes, AWS, OpenShift, and Docker Containers.
• Exhibit familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Possess knowledge on developing test suites and application debugging skills, ensuring code quality and rapid issue resolution.
