Job Title: Python Developer Intern (Freshers)
Location: Bangalore
Internship Duration: 3 Months
Internship Stipend: 10,000 per month
Employment Type: Internship (with Full-Time Conversion Opportunity)
About the Role
- We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Python Developer Interns (Freshers) who are eager to build a strong foundation in software development.
- Selected candidates will undergo a 3-month structured internship program where they will work on real-time projects, gain hands-on experience, and enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates who successfully clear three levels of interviews will be onboarded as interns.
- Upon successful completion of the internship and final assessment, high-performing interns will be converted to Full-Time Employees (FTEs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Python code
- Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining Python-based applications
- Work closely with senior developers and project teams
- Debug issues and help improve application performance
- Participate in code reviews and team discussions
- Learn and implement best coding practices and standards
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of Python programming
- Understanding of core concepts such as variables, loops, functions, OOPs
- Familiarity with databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL) is a plus
- Basic knowledge of frameworks like Django or Flask is an advantage
- Good problem-solving and logical thinking skills
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Eligibility Criteria:
- Freshers / Recent graduates in Computer Science, IT, or related fields
- Candidates who clear all 3 rounds of interviews
- Available for a full-time 3-month internship
Internship & Conversion Details
- Internship Duration: 3 Months
- Stipend: 10,000 per month
- Assessment: At the end of the internship
- Conversion: Successful interns will be offered Full-Time Employment (FTE) based on performance and assessment results
