Backend Python Developer + Azure Cloud Native

We are looking for a skilled Python Backend Developer with strong experience building cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on exposure to AI/ML services, API development, and scalable backend architectures. You will work closely with product, data, and AI engineering teams to build secure, reliable, and high-performing backend systems.

• Strong programming expertise in Python (FastAPI, Flask, Django). (async programming, OOP, API frameworks).

• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud (Functions, App Service, API Management, Event-driven architectures).

• Experience building and consuming REST APIs, microservices, event-driven workflows.

• Good knowledge of Docker, containerization, and optionally Kubernetes (AKS).

• Integration experience with Azure AI or other AI/ML services:

  • LLM-based solutions

  • Prompt engineering

  • Deploying ML models as APIs

• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL).

• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control (Azure DevOps or GitHub).

• Basic understanding of ML workflows (model training, inference, monitoring).

• Experience integrating AI services for:

  • NLP (semantic search, summarization, entity extraction)

  • Chatbots / LLMs / vector embeddings

  • Document intelligence

• Familiarity with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn (optional).
