The Role

We're hiring a Python Developer who thinks in systems, ships with speed, and has already made AI-assisted development their default way of working. This is not a role for someone who is open to learning AI tools. We want someone who already lives inside Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex, or similar tools and uses them to punch well above their weight class.

You'll work across backend services, LLM-powered product features, automation workflows, and data pipelines - often on multiple client projects simultaneously. Delivery timelines are real. Expectations are high. The upside is that you'll be working on genuinely interesting problems with a team that moves fast.

What You'll Build

• RESTful and async backend APIs using Python frameworks (FastAPI / Django / Flask)
• AI/LLM-powered features - prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, agent workflows, LLM integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.)
• Automation agents and multi-step orchestration workflows using tools like LangChain, CrewAI, or custom agent frameworks
• Data pipelines, integration layers, and third-party API connectors
• Internal AI-assisted dev tooling and productivity accelerators for the team

What We're Looking For

Non-negotiables:

• 2–3 years of hands-on Python development experience
• Proven use of AI coding tools in real projects - Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex, Gravity, or equivalent. We will ask you to demonstrate this.
• Ability to take a vague problem, break it down fast, and ship a working solution - not wait for perfect requirements
• Strong grasp of APIs, databases (SQL + NoSQL), and async programming
• Clean code instincts - you refactor without being asked, you write readable code, you don't leave broken windows

Strong advantage:

• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or similar agentic frameworks
• Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, pgvector)
• Exposure to FinTech, HealthTech, or NGO/GovTech domains
• Prior experience in a product or consulting engineering environment

Work Setup

• Hybrid - Noida office (3 days/week minimum)
• Full-time, permanent
• Collaboration with a cross-functional team across delivery, product, and client management
