*DevOps Engineer – Genesys Cloud & Contact Center*
Role Summary: This specialist will lead the technical evolution of the Genesys Cloud contact center. The role involves complex IVR development, advanced routing configurations, and deep integration between the contact center platform and the Bank's core banking systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform Administration: Provide expert-level administration for the Genesys Cloud platform across global IVR and non-IVR markets.
- Call Flow Engineering: Design and develop sophisticated IVR call flows and configure skills-based routing to optimize customer experience.
- Systems Integration: Develop and maintain integrations with core banking platforms using Genesys Cloud REST APIs, SDKs, JSON, and webhooks.
- Programming & Scripting: Apply proficiency in JavaScript, Python, and SQL to build custom tools and automate backend system interactions.
- Analytics: Develop custom Analytics & Reporting solutions to provide deep insights into contact center performance.
- Testing & Validation: Use Postman for API testing and ensure seamless environment promotions (Dev to Prod)
