Python Code Quality Engineer

About the Role

As a Python Code Quality Engineer, you will evaluate code patches, debug issues, validate logic, and assist in generating high-quality outputs using AI coding tools. You will use platforms like Cursor, Claude Code, and similar AI-assisted environments to analyze repositories, test solutions, and provide accurate coding judgments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and validate Python code patches and PRs
• Debug failures, runtime errors, and logic issues
• Run automated tests and interpret failing case.
• Use AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) to evaluate and improve outputs
• Review large Python repositories to understand architectural patterns
• Produce clean test cases, oracle tests, and correctness assessments

Skills & Experience Required

• 15 years professional Python development experience
• Strong debugging skills; familiarity with pytest, Git, PR review
• Ability to read large codebases and evaluate design correctness
• Experience using AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.)
• strong in debugging, test writing, and code correctness evaluation.
