This is a full-time, on-site role for a Python Backend Trainer with Frontend Basics, based in Noida. The trainer will deliver engaging and structured lessons, providing industry-relevant Python backend training with introductory frontend concepts. Responsibilities include preparing training material, mentoring trainees, assessing performance, and customizing sessions to cater to learner needs. Additionally, the trainer will stay updated with technology trends to ensure the curriculum is current and impactful.

• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in Python Backend Development, including frameworks such as Django and Flask
• Basic understanding of Frontend Development tools and technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Proficiency in designing and delivering educational content, mentoring, and performance assessment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively teach and engage trainees
• Experience in delivering training in a professional setting or conducting technical workshops
• 5+ years of practical experience in software development and related fields
• Ability to stay updated on industry trends and integrate them into training material
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Previous experience in curriculum development or instructional design is a plus
