Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
6+ years of experience in Python development, including frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain).
Proven experience working with LLMs (fine-tuning, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases).
Strong proficiency with Azure Cloud Services Azure ML, Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Azure Storage, and Azure DevOps.
Experience in API development, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
Familiarity with MLOps and data pipeline best practices.
Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and version control (Git).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with AI Agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), or Conversational AI architectures.
Exposure to vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma).
Knowledge of prompt optimization and LLM orchestration tools like LangChain or Semantic Kernel.
Certifications in Azure AI Engineer Associate or Azure Solutions Architect.
