Python Backend Developer

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Python (Flask / FastAPI / Django)

• Build, optimize, and manage RESTful APIs for frontend and third-party integrations

• Design efficient database schemas, queries, and data models

• Work closely with DevOps teams on deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization in AWS

• Ensure code quality, security, scalability, and reliability across backend services

• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines

• Collaborate with Product, Frontend, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features

• Contribute to microservices architecture and backend workflow design

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Python backend development

• Experience with Flask, FastAPI, or Django

• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and authentication (JWT, OAuth2)

• Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB

• Familiarity with microservices architecture, caching, and message queues

• Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines

• Experience with Git-based version control and Agile development practices

• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills
