More Retail is accelerating its omni-channel journey blending a strong physical store network with a rapidly expanding digital platform. To support this growth, we're looking for a Backend Developer (Python) to help build reliable, high-performance systems that serve millions of customers.
What You'll Work On:
- Design and develop scalable backend services using Python
- Build and maintain APIs powering web and mobile applications
- Optimize system performance, reliability, and security
- Work with databases, caching layers, and distributed systems
- Collaborate closely with Product, Frontend, DevOps, and Data teams
Eligibility & Skills
- BE/B.Tech / BSc / BCA or equivalent
- 12 years of backend development experience
- Proficiency in Python 3 (Pandas, NumPy, Django, FastAPI)
- Strong SQL skills and knowledge of PostgreSQL
- Good understanding of OOP principles
- Knowledge of unit testing
- Beginner-level exposure to AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, Glue)
- Good communication skills
Good to Have
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB)
- Understanding of scalable microservice architecture
- Willingness to learn new technologies
