Python Automation Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop end-to-end test automation scripts for web and mobile applications.
• Design, implement, and maintain Python-based automation frameworks.
• Work with tools like Selenium and Appium for UI automation.
• Analyze automation execution failures in CI/CD pipelines and identify quality improvements.
• Take ownership of applications from a QA and automation perspective.
• Continuously enhance automation frameworks, tools, and processes.
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to resolve blockers independently.
• Participate in Agile processes and coordinate with global teams (including US stakeholders).
