We are seeking a skilled Python Automation Engineer with strong experience in network automation and security protocols. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining, and enhancing automation frameworks while working closely with authentication, security, and network management technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using Python and PyATS.
- Automate network validation, testing, and operational workflows.
- Implement and support AAA authentication (local and remote) solutions.
- Work with RADIUS and TACACS+ protocols and integrate with AAA servers such as Cisco ISE, OpenRADIUS, or OpenTACACS.
- Automate secure access using SSH (password and key-based authentication).
- Develop automation around SNMP (v1, v2c, v3) operations and monitoring tasks.
- Work with HTTP/HTTPS, TLS versions, and REST-based GET/SET operations.
- Support automation use cases involving PKI certificates, OpenSSL/OpenSSH, and secure copy protocols (SCP, SFTP, FTP, TFTP, HTTP).
- Ensure time synchronization and validation using NTP.
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Python for automation
- Hands-on experience with PyATS
- Solid understanding of AAA, TCP/TLS, RADIUS, and TACACS+
- Experience with ISE, OpenRADIUS, or OpenTACACS
- Basic Linux knowledge
