We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Test Engineer with expertise in Selenium and Python scripting. The ideal candidate should have 47 years of software testing experience, including 3+ years in Selenium and 2+ years in Python. You will be responsible for developing test automation frameworks, ensuring software reliability, and driving continuous integration testing.
1. Automation Development
Design and develop robust test scripts using Selenium + Python
Build and maintain reusable test frameworks (PyTest/Robot Framework/unittest)
Automate UI and API regression tests
2. Testing & Collaboration
Perform test data validation and functional testing
Collaborate with QA, Dev, and Product teams to ensure proper test coverage
Track and report bugs, ensuring resolution before release
3. DevOps Integration & Process
Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning)
Maintain test documentation and contribute to continuous QA improvement
Selenium WebDriver (3+ years)

API Testing (Postman or REST Assured)
Git, JIRA, Agile methodologies
