Job Description:
KPI Partners is seeking a highly skilled Python Application Developer (LLM / Gen AI) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications in Python. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable software solutions that meet business requirements. Your expertise in Python programming and software development best practices will be crucial in driving our projects forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable Python-based applications with a focus on LLM-powered solutions
- Build and integrate GenAI workflows using modern frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph
- Develop APIs and backend services for AI-driven applications
- Integrate LLMs with enterprise systems, databases, and third-party services
- Deploy and manage applications on a cloud platform, preferably Microsoft Azure
- Collaborate with data scientists, architects, and product teams to productionize AI solutions
Required Skills:
- 45 years of hands-on experience in Python application development
- Practical exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs) and GenAI use cases
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar LLM orchestration frameworks
- Strong understanding of integration frameworks, APIs (REST), and microservices
- Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform (Azure preferred)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native deployment patterns
Good to Have:
- Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure Functions, Azure App Services, or AKS
- Knowledge of vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Azure AI Search, etc.)
- Experience with prompt engineering, RAG architectures, or agent-based systems
- Exposure to monitoring, security, and cost optimization for LLM workloads
