Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models and algorithms to solve real-world problems.
- Work with large datasets: data cleaning, preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory analysis.
- Build and optimize machine learning pipelines using Python-based frameworks.
- Deploy ML models into production and monitor performance.
- Collaborate with data engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Research and apply state-of-the-art ML/AI techniques for continuous improvements.
- Document processes, workflows, and model performance.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python and libraries like NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Matplotlib/Seaborn.
- Good understanding of Machine Learning algorithms (regression, classification, clustering, ensemble methods, etc.).
- Experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
- Knowledge of Deep Learning fundamentals (Neural Networks, CNN, RNN, Transformers preferred).
- Familiarity with SQL and handling structured/unstructured data.
- Exposure to API development (Flask/FastAPI/Django) for ML model deployment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
