As a Python AI Intern at Techolution, you'll work on high-impact AI and automation projects that power our Value Finder, 100K Challenge, and GE LEAP initiatives. You'll build production-grade AI systems—RAG pipelines, agent orchestrations, LLM integrations—that solve real enterprise problems. This is not a learning role; you'll contribute to solutions generating 2x ROI within 100 days for Fortune 500 companies.
What You'll Do
- Build and optimize RAG systems for enterprise data processing
- Design agentic workflows using LangChain & LangGraph for automated decision-making
- Develop FastAPI/Flask backends that integrate LLM capabilities into business processes
- Write clean, efficient Python code that scales across 100K+ transactions
- Debug complex multi-step AI pipelines in production environments
- Optimize for cost (LLM API calls, embeddings, compute) and latency
Required Skills
Python Fundamentals (Non-Negotiable):
- OOP: abstract classes, decorators, inheritance, SOLID principles
- Async/await: understand concurrent vs. sequential execution
- Data structures & algorithms: write optimal solutions, analyze complexity (Big O)
- Error handling, logging, testing practices
- Git and code quality
AI/GenAI Stack:
- LangChain: LCEL, chaining components, memory management
- LangGraph: state management, conditional routing, agentic loops
- RAG: embeddings, vector databases (Pinecone/FAISS), retrieval optimization
- Agent orchestration: tool design, preventing hallucinations, human-in-the-loop
- Production considerations: caching, monitoring, cost optimization, error handling
What We're NOT Looking For:
- Resume padding (built a chatbot but can't explain state management)
- Weak Python (copy-paste tutorials without understanding)
- Theoretical AI knowledge without implementation experience
- Sloppy code that works but isn't optimized
The Interview:
We test Python fundamentals, AI concepts, and system design. No resume talk—pure technical depth.
- Round 1: Python (decorators, async, DSA problem optimization)
- Round 2: AI concepts (LCEL, state immutability, RAG failures, agent safety)
- Round 3: System design (build a RAG system, debug a pipeline)
