Python + AI Developer

Job Description:

For one of our core GenAI Product (Agentic AI) development clients, we are looking for strong developers with 3-5 years of experience in programming Python and SQL; who have good hands-on experience using LLMs, LangChain and/or LanGraph. You should have worked extensively in Python & SQL as part of the development team and participated in agent designing.

Key Responsibilities

• Programming using Python, API and SQL.
• Build and optimize LLM-powered applications using LangChain & LanGraph.
• Agent Harness: Implement agent harness frameworks to manage and scale autonomous agents.
• Self-Learning Agents: Develop adaptive agents capable of continuous improvement and learning.
• MCPs: Architect and build Modular Control Protocols (MCPs) for scalable AI solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise systems.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of deployed models.

Key Skills & Experience

• Engineering/Master's degree in IT, Computer Engineering or Software Engineering
• Strong knowledge of Python and SQL – MUST HAVE
• Strong knowledge of Gen AI & Open AI based frameworks and tools
• Experience in LLMs, LangChain, LanGraph
• Experience in building MCPs and agent harness systems
• Proven ability to design and deploy self-learning agents
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and technical skills to work across multiple teams.
