Greenfield Project Development company based in Europe is looking to hire a Chemical Process Engineer (Consultant) to support the development of multiple pyrolysis projects.
Scope of work (Pyrolysis):
- Production of biochar from agricultural biomass
- Conversion of European waste plastics (LDPE, HDPE, PS, PP) into pyrolysis oil for sale to refineries
- Conversion of end-of-life tyres into pyrolysis oil and recovered carbon black (rCB)
Candidate requirements:
- Degree in Chemical Engineering (or equivalent)
- Minimum 10 years of industrial experience directly relevant to the scope above
- Hands-on understanding of how key process parameters impact product quality and yields (oil/gas/char/rCB)
- Knowledge of alternative pyrolysis process technologies and emerging developments globally
