Product Experience and Design (PXT) Investments is part of the broader PXT Finance organization. The PXT Investments team is responsible for prioritizing several billion dollars of annual technology spend across JPMorgan Chase's Consumer and Community Banking division (CCB), which includes multiple product portfolios spanning both line of business and functional areas (e.g., Auto Lending, Operations, Credit Card). The team aims to identify the optimal balance of technology projects and opportunities to shift investment dollars across product portfolios.

As an Associate in Solutions and Insights team, you will play a key supporting role in generating financial insights, developing solutions, and reporting to help inform investment decisions and track outcomes. You will work closely with team members and partners across Finance and Product, contributing to the overall success of investment planning and value articulation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with collecting and organizing both financial and non-financial data for all PXT portfolios and units, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of reporting and solution frameworks, making sure they align with evolving business priorities and requirements.
  • Help validate and check data accuracy, promptly escalating any issues or inconsistencies to senior team members for resolution.
  • Participate in preparing investment value reports for F&BMs and Senior Leadership, including benefit coverage, performance tracking, and follow-up on outstanding items.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to internal focus groups by compiling feedback, supporting documentation, and sharing observations to aid solution and framework development.
  • Support control-related activities such as testing and updating documentation for intelligence solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement of investment valuation processes.
  • Proficient in Excel with an interest in developing Alteryx or SQL skills. Experienced in building executive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools, demonstrating strong data modeling, security, and design capabilities.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • 4+ years of experience in Finance, Data Analytics, Statistics or related fields
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Computer Science, Engineering from top Tier Institute is required
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills able to work with colleagues across functions
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills comfortable working with complex data
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Experience supporting recurring processes and a willingness to learn and improve
