Role Description

The Purchasing Manager will oversee procurement operations, ensuring efficient sourcing and supplier management to meet production and business goals. Key responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, analyzing market trends, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with company standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot. The role requires a detail-oriented and analytical professional committed to optimizing cost efficiency while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in vendor management and supplier negotiations.
• Experience with inventory planning and cost control strategies.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management and procurement processes.
• Proficiency in analyzing market trends and data to drive purchasing decisions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of the manufacturing or agricultural machinery industries is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software is an advantage.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in Rajkot and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
