About the Role:

We're looking for a meticulous and trustworthy Purchasing & Store executive for Dine in to oversee procurement and inventory operations. This is a key position that ensures the smooth flow of supplies from vendors to kitchen, bar, and service teams with accuracy, accountability, and strong negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily purchasing and inventory functions, including vendor negotiations, order tracking, and stock management.
• Maintain accurate records using our software.
• Coordinate deliveries and ensure quality checks of incoming goods.
• Ensure cost efficiency and timely supply to all departments.
• Financial integrity and transparency in all transactions.

Requisites:

• 34 years of experience in restaurant purchasing, stores, or supply chain management.
• Strong communication skills; fluency in English, Kannada, Hindi
• Proficiency with relevant software and digital systems.
• High level of honesty and reliability in handling payments and vendor relationships.
