B. Experience in Electronic Purchase and Store Department.

1 SourcingResearching vendors and suppliers, Keeping up with market trends, and Identifying potential opportunities.

2 NegotiatingNegotiating pricing and contract terms, Evaluating proposals to get favorable deals, and Negotiating the most cost-effective deals.

3 Managing inventoryMaintaining inventory levels, Performing inventory inspections, and Reordering stock when needed.

4Vendor managementEstablishing and maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers, Managing supplier relationships, and Performing risk assessments on potential contracts.

5 ReportingPreparing reports on orders and costs, Tracking orders, Ensuring timely deliveries, and Quality assurance of purchased products.

6 Other responsibilities

  • Creating, maintaining, and updating records of orders, payments, and stocks
  • Cost analysis
  • Resolving cost, quality, lead-time, packaging, and other purchasing related issues with suppliers
