The Purchase Specialist will manage purchasing processes by creating and monitoring purchase orders, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely acquisition of necessary materials and services. The role involves analyzing purchasing data, maintaining procurement records, and collaborating with various departments to ensure cost efficiency and quality. The ideal candidate will contribute to the optimization of procurement strategies while adhering to company and industry protocols.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Purchasing Processes, Purchase Orders, and Purchase Management
  • Experience in Purchasing and procurement operations
  • Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating supplier performance and cost efficiency
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage accurate procurement documentation
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of supply chain management principles is an advantage
  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
