Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchase Specialist, located in Gurugram. The Purchase Specialist will oversee purchasing processes, manage purchase orders, and ensure timely procurement of goods and services. Responsibilities include vendor management, cost analysis, and ensuring procurement aligns with project requirements and company policies. The role requires consistent communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders to optimize purchasing operations.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of Purchasing Processes, Purchasing, and Purchase Management
  • Experience in creating and managing Purchase Orders
  • Demonstrated Analytical Skills for evaluating costs and vendor proposals
  • Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with procurement software or systems is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in construction or infrastructure industries is a plus
