Procurement Strategy & Supplier Management
- Develop and implement sourcing and procurement strategies aligned with project objectives
- Identify suppliers for diagnostic equipment, sample collection kits, and other TB-related supplies
- Establish relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance
- Ensure all purchases meet quality standards and are cost-effective
Budgeting & Compliance
- Develop and manage procurement budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost-effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, procurement policies, and quality standards
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, purchase orders, and invoices
Team Coordination & Capacity Building
- Coordinate procurement activities with project teams, healthcare providers, and government agencies
- Provide training and support to staff involved in procurement, inventory management, and quality assurance
