Responsibilities
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, FSSC 22000, HACCP and cGMP standards requirement.
- Supporting Regulatory, Certification and Customer Audits to QA
- Implementing of related SOPs and OCP of the department.
- Follow up and collecting Vendor Qualification questionnaires, Declarations, Nitrosamine questionnaire, Technical/Supplier Agreement, Assessment Report, Certificates and ISO audit related documents from vendors.
- Preparing Approved Vendor list and Vendor rating.
- Maintaining statements related to vendor qualification documents.
- Collecting data from Purchase dept and preparing MRM documents.
- Supporting and attending Internal Audits.
- Updating Organogram and individual job description.
- Handling and updating of Edit form, change control and deviation.
- Updating training records of all respective personnel on the SOP related to purchase.
