Roles & Responsibilities:
• Manage procurement planning and inventory control based on sales forecasts, demand planning, and
business requirements to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships, negotiate pricing and contracts, and ensure timely
procurement of quality materials.
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations, ensuring smooth procurement, warehousing, and
distribution processes.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, industry regulations, and vendor audit requirements while
maintaining procurement best practices.
• Monitor procurement budgets, optimize sourcing costs, and implement strategies to improve profitability
without compromising quality.
• Manage purchase orders, inventory reconciliation, vendor payments, and identify potential supply chain
risks to ensure business continuity.
Ideal Candidate
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the BPC
(Beauty, Personal Care) or Nutraceutical industry.
• Experience in inventory control.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and quality standards for wellness and personal care products.
• Ability to analyze market trends and implement cost-effective purchasing strategies.
• Good communication skills and the ability to travel for work.
