Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Procurement & Contracts Manager Façade Systems with strong expertise in façade materials, vendor development, contract execution, and procurement planning. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of façade products such as ACP, HPL, insulation, fasteners, and sheet metal components. , along with hands-on experience in SAP/ERP systems and vendor negotiations.
Role & responsibilities
1. Procurement & Vendor Management
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new vendors for façade-related materials.
- Procure façade materials including:
- Glass
- ACP Sheets
- HPL Sheets
- Screws & Fasteners
- Gaskets
- Sheet Metal Components
- Insulation Materials
- Aluminium Profiles
- Conduct techno-commercial evaluations of suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contracts.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Develop and maintain long-term supplier relationships.
2. Site Installation Contracts
- Prepare and execute site installation contracts.
- Coordinate with project teams for material mobilization.
- Monitor contract compliance and vendor performance.
- Manage variations, claims, and contractual documentation.
3. Planning & Forecasting
- Prepare monthly procurement plans aligned with project schedules.
- Review forecasts on a monthly basis and take corrective actions.
- Ensure availability of materials to avoid project delays.
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock holding.
4. Documentation & ERP Management
- Maintain accurate purchase records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies.
- Work efficiently on SAP/ERP systems for:
- Purchase Orders
- GRNs
- Vendor Master Management
- Cost tracking
5. Quality Coordination
- Coordinate with QC/QA teams for sample approvals.
- Ensure materials meet project specifications.
- Resolve quality-related issues with vendors.
