Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Purchase Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Gondal. The Purchase Manager will be responsible for managing procurement processes, negotiating with suppliers, ensuring timely availability of materials, and maintaining strong vendor relationships. The role involves evaluating supplier performance, maintaining inventory levels, and coordinating with internal teams to meet project requirements efficiently while optimizing costs. Additionally, the Purchase Manager will ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in procurement, vendor management, and inventory control.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Analytical skills for evaluating supplier performance and cost optimization.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain management tools.
- Knowledge of industry standards and compliance regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in purchase management, procurement, or a similar role preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Gondal and adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
