Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Purchase Head located in Manesar. The Purchase Head will be responsible for managing and overseeing the procurement process of salon and spa equipment. Daily tasks include sourcing new suppliers, negotiating contracts, managing purchase orders, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. The Purchase Head will also assess market trends, evaluate supplier performance, and coordinate with other departments to meet the company's purchasing goals.

Requirements

• Strong sourcing and supplier management skills
• Excellent negotiation and contract management abilities
• Proficiency in inventory management and maintaining purchase records
• Good understanding of market trends and evaluating supplier performance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the salon and beauty equipment industry is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Manesar

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
