About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive with at least 3+ years of experience in procurement within the mechanical or manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, sourcing quality materials, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely procurement to support our production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Source and procure raw materials, components, and mechanical parts as per production requirements.

·      Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate pricing and terms, and maintain strong supplier

relationships.

·      Ensure timely delivery of materials while maintaining cost-efficiency and quality standards.

·      Prepare and process purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records.

·      Collaborate with the production, planning, and inventory teams to forecast and manage material

requirements.

·      Monitor market trends and analyze supplier performance regularly.

·      Assist in vendor audits and ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

Qualifications:

·      Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.

·      Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the mechanical/ manufacturing industry.

·      Strong knowledge of mechanical components and industrial materials.

·      Flexibility to travel frequently to vendor facilities and sites as needed.

·      Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
