Purchase Executive

• Prepare and process purchase orders as per company requirements
  
• Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and payment conditions with suppliers
  
• Compare quotations and prepare cost analysis reports
  
• Identify and evaluate suppliers/vendors for materials and services
  
• Maintain relationships with existing vendors and develop new suppliers
  
• Ensure timely procurement of materials to avoid production delays
  
• Coordinate closely with the production team for requirements
  
• Track orders and resolve any supply issues or discrepancies
  
• Maintain procurement records, contracts, and documentation
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics / Electrical or a related field
  
• Experience in procurement, vendor management, or supply chain is preferred
  
• Knowledge of ERP/software systems such as SAP will be an added advantage
