About the Role
We are hiring a Purchase Manager with strong negotiation skills and proven success in large-scale procurement. This role ensures quality sourcing, cost efficiency, and vendor reliability for our recycled polymer supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and manage suppliers for rPP, rPET, rHDPE, rLDPE & rLLDPE.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms.
- Ensure timely procurement aligned with sales forecasts.
- Monitor vendor performance and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Maintain purchase records and ensure compliance.
- Reduce procurement costs through strategic vendor management.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate degree (B.Com/BBA/BE in Chemical/Polymer preferred).
- Experience: At least 3+ years in procurement/sourcing, preferably in polymers, plastics, or raw materials.
- Deep understanding of supplier networks (India & overseas).
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
- Proven procurement savings or vendor achievements required.
- Must clear background verification before final hiring.
