Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchase Executive located in Chennai. The role involves managing and processing purchase orders and requisitions, sourcing vendors, negotiating terms, and ensuring timely procurement of materials and services. The Purchase Executive is also responsible for maintaining records, coordinating with internal teams to understand procurement needs, and building relationships with suppliers to ensure cost-effective and high-quality acquisitions.

Roles & Responsibility:

• Experience in Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and Purchase Management
• Proven skills in Communication and relationship building with suppliers and internal teams.
• Prior Procurement purpose is specifically in the EMS Industry
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in Procurement processes and strategies
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred minimum 1 to 2 years only.
