Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for the position of Purchase Executive - Switch Gear Components. The Purchase Executive will be responsible for managing procurement processes, including handling purchase orders, requisitions, and supplier communications. Responsibilities include sourcing and procuring switchgear components, negotiating with suppliers, ensuring cost efficiency, and maintaining documentation of purchase activities. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to meet project and operational requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and Purchase Management
• Proficiency in Procurement processes and strategies
• Excellent Communication and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of switchgear components and industry-specific procurement would be an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Preference for candidates familiar with sustainable and environmentally friendly procurement practices
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and innovative environment
