In-hand Salary: 25,000/month

Role Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Purchase Executive for a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi. The Purchase Executive will be responsible for managing procurement activities, generating and processing purchase orders and requisitions, and maintaining an efficient supply chain. This role involves closely collaborating with vendors to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality ingredients and supplies, keeping records organized, and supporting the business in adhering to cost and quality standards.

Key Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline,Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.

• 2–4 years of experience as a Purchase Executive

• Prior experience in the hospitality/F&B industry is mandatory

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills

• Ability to manage purchase orders, inventory, and documentation efficiently

•Experience in Purchase Management, including managing and processing Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions.

•Proficiency in Procurement processes and supply chain operations.

•Strong Communication skills for vendor coordination and team collaboration.

•Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail in handling purchase documentation and workflows.
