Purchase Executive

Role Responsibilities:

• Supervise store activities and ensure proper material receipt and dispatch
• Maintain stock levels and update inventory using ERP systems
• Implement FIFO/LIFO for material movement and record accuracy
• Generate GRNs and coordinate with procurement for material planning

Key Deliverables:

• Ensure zero discrepancies in stock audit and physical inventory
• Timely material issuance to production with accurate documentation
• Maintain 100% ERP records for stock inward/outward transactions
• Daily stock reconciliation and reporting to management
