Job Description

. Manage day-to-day indirect procurement activities including stationery, water, logistics, consumables, and general campus requirements.
. Source, evaluate, and manage vendors to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality supply across departments.
. Coordinate purchasing requirements for teaching staff, facilities, and activity teams, ensuring smooth campus operations.
. Process purchase orders, maintain documentation, track deliveries, and coordinate payment follow-ups with finance and admin teams.
. Work closely with the Purchase Head to improve procurement systems, vendor performance, and compliance with internal policies.

The Successful Applicant

  • Graduate with 5+ years of experience in procurement, vendor management, or supply chain, preferably within education, hospitality, facility management, or institutional environments.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and daily operational requirements.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and hands-on in managing purchase documentation, follow-ups, and stock tracking.
  • Working knowledge of ERP or purchase management systems preferred.
