Job description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Filing of Purchase Records.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts.
- Follow up with suppliers, as needed, for delivery, pending Material, Invoice.
- MRN Process Follow Up from Plant to Submission in Accounts
COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
- 1-2 Year Work experience as a Purchasing Assistant
- SAP Knowledge
EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
Qualifications and Skills:
- Graduate in any stream
- Computer Diploma
