DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Filing of Purchase Records.
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts.
  • Follow up with suppliers, as needed, for delivery, pending Material, Invoice.
  • MRN Process Follow Up from Plant to Submission in Accounts

COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

  • 1-2 Year Work experience as a Purchasing Assistant
  • SAP Knowledge

EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Graduate in any stream
  • Computer Diploma
