Role Overview

The Senior Manager - Fund Raising will be responsible for leading and executing the company's fund-raising strategies to support its growth and expansion plans. This role involves identifying and evaluating potential funding sources, building and maintaining relationships with investors, conducting financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Senior Manager will work closely with the finance, legal, and project teams to secure funding for various projects and initiatives, contributing directly to the company's financial stability and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive fund-raising strategies aligned with the company's financial goals to secure necessary capital for projects.
  • Identify and evaluate potential funding sources, including private equity firms, institutional investors, and banks, to diversify the company's funding portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective investors by providing regular updates and addressing their queries.
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence on potential investment opportunities to assess their viability and potential returns.
  • Prepare and present compelling investment proposals and presentations to potential investors to secure funding commitments.
  • Manage the entire fund-raising process, from initial contact to closing, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements to mitigate risks.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of investments to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing returns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, legal, and project management, to ensure seamless execution of fund-raising activities to achieve organizational goals.

Required Skillset

CA+ MBA

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful fund-raising strategies, securing significant capital investments.
  • Strong financial analysis and modeling skills, enabling accurate evaluation of investment opportunities and financial performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships with investors and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to prepare and present compelling investment proposals and presentations.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial markets, investment management, and regulatory requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification is preferred.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment within the real estate industry.
