Front Desk Operations
- Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and guests professionally
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
- Ensure a positive and professional first impression at all times
Visitor Management
- Handle visitor check-ins and maintain accurate visitor records
- Issue visitor badges and ensure compliance with access protocols
- Conduct basic site induction for visitors and vendors
Communication Management
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and other communications
- Route calls and inquiries to the appropriate departments or personnel
- Ensure timely and effective communication flow
Administrative Support
- Perform data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Maintain records related to front office and administrative activities
- Support day-to-day administrative functions
Mail & Service Coordination
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
- Handle service tickets and coordinate with relevant teams
Meeting Room Coordination
- Schedule meeting rooms and manage booking calendars
- Prepare meeting rooms and ensure readiness for use
Security & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to security procedures and protocols
- Monitor visitor access and report any suspicious activity
- Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes
