Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and culturally aware Punjabi Content Writer & Social Media Executive who can craft compelling content in Punjabi, Hindi, and English. The candidate should be comfortable managing social media accounts, creating engaging regional content, and effectively communicating across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Write original, impactful content in Punjabi, Hindi, and English for social media, digital campaigns, scripts, blogs, and videos.

Translate content between Punjabi, Hindi, and English as needed, while retaining tone and cultural context.

Handle day-to-day management of official social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).

Collaborate with graphic designers, editors, and campaign strategists to execute content calendars.

Understanding and experience in content writing, especially for social, political, or cultural campaigns.

Monitor content performance, prepare analytics-based reports, and adjust strategy for maximum engagement.

Keep track of regional trends,culture, and viral content relevant to North India, especially Punjab and Delhi NCR.

Respond to follower queries and comments in all three languages in a professional and timely manner.

Capable of managing Social Media postings along with all related ancillary activities such as content scheduling, comments checking etc.

Requirements

Fluency in Punjabi (Gurmukhi script), Hindi, and English must be able to read, write, and speak all three.

Prior experience in content writing, especially for social, political, or cultural campaigns.

Knowledge of social media algorithms, content planning, and engagement strategies.

Excellent storytelling skills and attention to cultural sensitivities.

Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Literature, or Language Studies.

Past work experience in regional media, digital agencies, or political/social campaigns will be a strong advantage.

Comfortable working in both formal and colloquial content styles.
